How to book your appointment:
Please select the day and the time frame, specific available date of each month is listed below, please leave us a message of the date you’d like to schedule.
Once your option is selected, please add it to cart and select “Puck up In Store”, the total $0 will show. You’ll receive an order number once the order is placed, this order number can bd used as your appointment number.
