RETURN|REFUND|EXCHANGE|CANCELLATION POLICY

Thank you for shopping at EFDanceShoes!

If the purchase doesn’t meet your expectations,

you may return it to us for a refund, store credit, or an exchange.

 

We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 15 days of your purchase,

if 15 days have passed since your purchase,

you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

 

CONDITIONS TO COMPLETE A RETURN

  


The return must be handled within the established period: 

 

Online purchase: you have 15 days from the delivery date of your order.

  

Purchase at store or at an event: you have 15 days from the purchase date.

  

* The items need to be in their original condition and package.

 

* Customized Orders / Made To Order/ Final Sale Items are not eligible for return and/or exchange.

 

 

REFUND / STORE CREDIT / EXCHANGE:

 

Return for a Refund: 15% Restocking Fee is deducted from the customer's refund amount under partial refunds (15% of the Products’ Original Retail Price).

The purpose of the restocking fee is to cover the cost of inspecting and repackaging the returned item, as well as any loss in value that may occur during delivery or return.

Shipping fee is not refundable, related shipping cost will be deducted.

 

Return for Store Credit: No Restocking Fee charged if return for Store Credit.

 

Return for an Exchange: $7.99 Exchange Handling Fee + Exchange Shipping Cost,

you can find the Exchange Handling/Shipping Order Link in Services.

 

* Return Shipping Label is not included, it can be purchased in Services- "Pre-Paid Return Shipping Label"; If you choose not to buy a Pre-Paid Return Shipping label from us, please use United States Post Office to mail the package, and email us the tracking number.

You will be notified by email once we receive the package whether the product return is acceptable. Tracking number is required for all returns/exchange, we can’t process the return/exchange if no tracking number is provided.

We will not be held responsible for items lost in transit.

 

Cancel an order: we will refund in full within 24 hours as long as the order isn’t processed.

If past 24 Hours or the order had been processed, a 15% Cancellation fee will be deducted.

* Please be advised that if the shoes are not in its original condition, being used/dirty/not eligible for resell,

we can not accept the return and/or exchange. Please do not mail back any of the used/dirty item, additional shipping cost may occur.
